The Tōtara Hospice Foundation

The Tōtara Hospice Foundation exists to ensure the continuance of the availability of excellent hospice care for all of the neighbourhoods across South and South East Auckland.  As such The Tōtara Hospice Foundation operates as the supporting trust for Tōtara Hospice.

Board of Trustee members are business and community leaders. As Trustees they work to ensure a ‘future hospice focus’ via three key functions. First via the stewardship of investments and resources for the long term sustainability of Tōtara Hospice, ensuring services are available in your community for decades to come.  Second, by enhancing as necessary, the immediate ability of Tōtara Hospice to provide facility and home based holistic palliative care services to the terminally ill and their families within any one year and third, by raising awareness of hospice palliative care within the community.
